Applications for planning consent and consent under the Building Regulations will be made to the Local Authority and we will advise you about the constraints placed on the designs by current regulations.
Specifications are tailored to the individual project and contain detailed descriptions of the work to be done and the materials to be used. This, with contract terms and conditions, forms the basis of the tender documents to obtain quotations from building contractors.
We then monitor the building work on site to ensure that it is being carried out correctly and agree interim payments to be made to the contractor at suitable intervals.
